Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Pure Faith Fitness purchase! Here's how our return process works:

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (not the order date). Since shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, this ensures you have plenty of time to receive and review your order.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at hello@purefaithfitness.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Conditions Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
